VRS International is a reputed manufacturer and exporter of Water Barriers with Disc (also known as Tie Rod Water Stoppers), designed for use in concrete wall formwork systems. This component is positioned at the center of the tie rod between two formwork panels and prevents the flow of water through the tie rod sleeve once concrete is poured.

Made from cast iron or ductile iron, the water barrier consists of a central disc that blocks water passage and two tie rod ends for easy integration into shuttering. It is highly effective for retaining walls, basements, water tanks, and reservoirs, where waterproofing is critical.

Our water barriers are compatible with 16 mm or 20 mm tie rods and available with or without flange discs, based on client requirements.
